The TR‑6530N is a combination Organic Vapor and Acid Gas cartridge integrated with a HEPA (high-efficiency particulate) filter, designed exclusively for 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (PAPR), including the TR‑600 and TR‑800 series. It carries the distinctive magenta/yellow color-coding for quick hazard identification.

  • Dual protection: Filters particulate hazards and protects against certain organic vapors and acid gases (e.g., solvent fumes and acid mists) simultaneously. Designed for tasks such as pharmaceutical processing, mold remediations, and chemical handling. 

  • NIOSH-approved for Organic Vapor (OV), Sulfur Dioxide (SD), Hydrogen Chloride (HC), Chlorine (CL), Hydrogen Fluoride (HF), and HEPA particulate filtration. 

  • Easy snap-on/off installation: Securely fits TR‑600/TR‑800 PAPR blowers, and supports optional accessories like TR‑6500FC filter cover for impact protection or placement of pre-filters/spark arrestors. 

  • Operational efficiency: Lightweight design enhances PAPR comfort and usability. Long-duration protection can be supported by pairing with the TR‑632 high-capacity battery for extended runtime.
