The Hanau Alcohol Torch is used to melt and control the shape and flow of wax when taking impressions, in fabrication of dentures, setting up teeth, waxing, light soldering or jewelry manufacture. It may be used as an alcohol lamp or as a torch to create either a needlepoint or brushtype flame.

  • Made of a special durable plastic, with all working parts of metal
  • Employs the principle of an air pump in its trouble-free design and construction
  • The fingertip control of the “trigger” plunger provides just the flame needed
  • Readily adjusts to the type of flame desired from intense needle point to a mild brushing flame
