Dual‑Arch (or triple‑function) trays are disposable impression trays that capture the prepared arch, opposing arch, and bite registration simultaneously. These trays streamline clinical workflows and are commonly used with medium- or heavy-body VPS or polyether materials—not compatible with putty

  • Posterior Dual‑Arch Trays: Capture molars and premolars, bite, and opposing arch. Durable for posterior crown or bridge work. 

  • Anterior Dual‑Arch Trays: Designed for single anterior units, capturing facial midline and plane. Used without alignment sticks for single units or with sticks for multiple units. Often biodegradable. 

  • Quad Tray® / Triple Tray®: Rigid plastic designs with non-tear mesh, adhesive-free, suited for single-unit crowns using accurate opposing–bite detail.
